Construction Management (CM)... CM at Risk and Agency CM:

CM at Risk: As a Construction Manager, Ehret joins your team in the design phase, working collaboratively with the Owner, stakeholders and design team to provide our preconstruction services to ensure your project is delivered at the best value. When working as your CM, we provide these services and hold the Subcontracts.

• We're a perfect fit for CM At-risk projects because we're much more than a team of builders. We're a team of information-gatherers and problem-solvers; and our customers benefit from our collaborative construction process.

• We offer estimating excellence and value. Our estimating team is experienced and because they keep a watchful eye on current market trends and maintain aggressive competitive bid strategies, we ensure that our clients get the best value for their project dollars.

Agency CM: In an Agency CM partnership Ehret CC acts as the owner's "agent," representing their interests while objectively advising them throughout the project. The Owner holds the Subcontracts and relies on Ehret as the Construction Manager (CM) to ensure that their goals are being met.

Ehret understands the owner's desires and objectives for their project and we oversee every dollar spent as if they were out of our own pocket. We review every design detail as if they impacted us directly. We supervise the schedule as if we were moving in at completion. Ehret is disciplined but fair, proactive and process-driven and on the Owner’s team on an Agency CM project.
